At Desert Morning Safaris LLC, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness for both guests and our team.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔️ More than 48 hours before the tour – Full refund, no cancellation fee.
✔️ 24–48 hours before the tour – 50% cancellation fee applies.
✔️ Less than 24 hours before the tour – No refunds will be provided.

  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any bank fees or transaction charges incurred during refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. No-Show & Late Arrival
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals beyond the 10-minute wait time.
  • Rescheduling is only allowed under exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.
  1. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Morning Desert Safaris LLC reserves the right to:
✔️ Cancel, modify, or reschedule tours due to extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.
✔️ Offer an alternative date or full refund if we cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a full refund if I cancel last minute due to an emergency?

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason. However, in cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What happens if the tour is canceled due to bad weather?

If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else if I can’t attend?

Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance and provide the new guest’s details.
