Welcome to Desert Morning Safari. By booking a tour with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation
- Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details, including pick-up time, itinerary, and payment options.
- Guests must verify their booking details and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
Payment Methods
We accept:
Cash upon pick-up
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
Bank Transfers (for advance payments only)
- All transactions are secure. Morning Desert Safaris LLC is not responsible for third-party payment failures.
Pricing & Additional Costs
- Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Rates may vary due to seasonal demand, fuel prices, and regulatory changes.
- Optional activities (e.g., quad biking, private car upgrades) are charged separately.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
- Guests who fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes. If guests do not arrive within this time, the booking will be considered a no-show.
- Rescheduling is only possible in exceptional cases at the discretion of our management.

Safety & Regulations
Licensed & Insured Vehicles
- Our 4×4 safari vehicles are licensed, insured, and regularly inspected for safety and comfort.
- All vehicles are GPS-tracked and come with seat belts, roll cages, and air conditioning.
Health Restrictions
Dune bashing is not recommended for:
Pregnant women
People with back, neck, or heart conditions
Children under 4 years (unless in a private car with a child seat)
Participation in sandboarding, camel riding, and dune bashing is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Children Policy
- Children 4–10 years are eligible for discounted rates.
- Children under 4 years can join for free if they do not occupy a separate seat (private car bookings required for infants).
Tour Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances
We reserve the right to:
Modify or reschedule tours due to extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.
Offer an alternative date or a full refund if a tour is canceled for reasons beyond our control.
Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
Travel Insurance: Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance for medical emergencies or lost belongings.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Liability: Participation in desert activities is at the guest’s own risk. Morning Desert Safaris LLC is not liable for injuries or accidents during the tour.
Guest Conduct & Behavior Expectations
Guests must respect local customs and safety rules.
Any disruptive or reckless behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Special Considerations
Religious & National Holidays
- Entertainment (e.g., belly dancing) may not be available during Ramadan and Islamic holidays.
- Special pricing may apply for New Year’s Eve, UAE National Day, and peak-season events.
Accessibility & Dietary Needs
- Guests with special dietary or accessibility needs should inform us at the time of booking.
Travel Documents & Identification
- Guests must carry valid identification (passport, Emirates ID, or visa documents) as per UAE laws.
- Failure to provide valid documents may result in denied participation without a refund.
